Alejandra Victoria Capozzo 
ORCID 0000-0002-7117-9955

Alejandra Capozzo es directora de CAECIHS Buenos Aires e Investigadora Principal del CONICET en Tecnología y Veterinaria. Se graduó y doctoró en Ciencias Biológicas en la UBA, especializándose en vacunas contra la fiebre aftosa. Realizó estudios postdoctorales en la Universidad de Maryland y ha trabajado en empresas como Prionics AG (Suiza) y Biogénesis-Bagó.
Entre 2008 y 2011, dirigió el área de calidad del CEVAN, desarrollando nuevas técnicas serológicas y vacunas para fiebre aftosa y DVB. De 2011 a 2023, lideró el Laboratorio de Inmunología Veterinaria Aplicada en el Instituto de Virología (CONICET-INTA), con investigaciones en DVB y fiebre aftosa.
Ha publicado más de 50 trabajos científicos, escrito ocho libros y dirigido 12 tesis doctorales. Recibió varios premios INNOVAR, destacando su trabajo en un kit para detectar anticuerpos contra SARS-CoV-2 y el desarrollo de "Preven-Vir" para mejorar la producción bovina.

Alicia Graciela Fuchs

La Dra. Alicia G. Fuchs, médica desde 1981 y doctora en Patología Experimental en Oncología (1989), realizó varios postdoctorados en París, Madrid y Jerusalén, investigando sobre glicosilación de proteínas, canales de cloro y membranas de mielina. Trabajó en farmacología experimental y órganos bioartificiales en Israel. Desde 2006, fue directora del CAECIHS y, desde 2016, coordina el comité de ética del INP Fatala-Chaben. Actualmente es titular del CEI del ANLIS-Malbrán, investigando equinococosis quística. Ha dirigido varias tesis y colabora con CONICET en proyectos de investigación.

Jimena Paula Cabilla es Investigadora Adjunta del CONICET en oncología. Se graduó en Ciencias Biológicas con orientación en Biología Molecular y obtuvo su Doctorado en Ciencias Biológicas, especializándose en endocrinología, en la UBA. Realizó estudios doctorales y posdoctorales en Neuroendocrinología y Toxicología bajo la dirección de la Dra. Beatriz Duvilanski.
Ha sido docente en la FFyB-UBA y en la UAI. Ha publicado 22 artículos y más de 60 comunicaciones en congresos, y ha dirigido 4 tesis de licenciatura y una tesis doctoral en curso.

María Teresa Pino es Investigadora Asistente del CONICET en toxicología. Se graduó en Biotecnología en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes y obtuvo su Doctorado en Toxicología en la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la UBA. Realizó estudios posdoctorales sobre disruptores endocrinos en el laboratorio de Neuroendocrinología y Toxicología bajo la dirección de la Dra. Beatriz Duvilanski.
Ha sido docente en la FFyB-UBA y en la Universidad Abierta Interamericana (UAI), en materias como Química Biológica Patológica, Genética Diagnóstica Forense y Escritura de Proyectos de Investigación. Ha publicado 6 artículos en revistas internacionales, capítulos de libro y 14 comunicaciones en congresos. Ha dirigido y codirigido 2 tesis de grado.

Francisco Capani

El Dr. Capani es Docente Autorizado en Histología y Biología Celular en la Facultad de Medicina de la UBA y Profesor Titular en la UAJFK. Desde 2019, su grupo trabaja en el CAECHIS, donde está instalando un microscopio electrónico donado en 2014 por el KTH-Zurich.
Médico y Doctor en Medicina por la UBA, realizó su formación postdoctoral en el NCMIR (UCSD), Instituto Karolinska y Universidad de Marburg. Se ha especializado en neurociencias, particularmente en microscopía electrónica y tomografía 3D, y fundó el laboratorio de Citoarquitectura y Plasticidad Neuronal en 2006.
Ha trabajado en diversos centros internacionales y publicado más de 100 trabajos científicos. Ha dirigido 10 tesis doctorales, 2 de maestría, 15 tesinas de grado y 5 investigadores postdoctorales.
